Promptleads measures whether AI-search engines name local businesses for buyer-intent queries, diagnoses the gaps, and generates reports, outreach assets, and contact data for your agency's use.

We provide the service on a subscription basis according to the plan you select. Plan limits (prospects, reports, seats, verticals) apply as described at checkout.

Promptleads identifies observed AI-search visibility gaps and recommends actions to improve citation eligibility and discoverability. It does not, and cannot, guarantee that any business will be ranked, cited, or named by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, or any engine.

AI-search results vary by engine, query, geography, user context, and time. Findings are point-in-time observations backed by preserved evidence, not predictions of future results, traffic, leads, or revenue.

You agree to use the service lawfully and for legitimate B2B prospecting and client work. You will comply with applicable anti-spam, marketing, and data-protection laws when contacting businesses, and you are responsible for your outreach.

You will not resell raw access to the platform, attempt to overload or reverse-engineer it, or use it to compile sensitive personal data.

For regulated verticals (e.g. legal, medical, GLP-1 / weight loss), reports include compliance guidance. You remain responsible for ensuring any claims, advertising, or outreach you make comply with the relevant professional and advertising rules in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of the workspaces, prospect lists, and reports you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process them to deliver the service. White-label reports carry your branding, not ours.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your plan from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Usage-metered costs are governed by your plan's limits.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business resulting from AI-search outcomes.

We may update these terms and will note the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email; continued use after changes means you accept them.
